Looney Tunes Coloring Pages
Looney tunes refer to a series of several Warner Bros cartoons. The popularity of Looney Tunes grew when the short films began to appear on television in 1955.
It should be noted that many of the Looney Tunes shorts are no longer shown on U.S. television because many of the racial stereotypes are distilled (especially during the World War II episodes).
What will make the Looney Tunes universe so special is that same coherent universe where characters from two different cartoons can meet. On several occasions, Daffy Duck meets Bugs or Titi and Grosminet, and this is just one example, among many others.
One of the things that makes Toons successful is the quirky side that says a big “shit” to Newtonian logic and laws, and anything is possible here. The Toons don’t die and always end up not surviving even the worst accident, humor is omnipresent even in awkward moments, and no boring morality is finally present, leaving only the pleasure of running gags, etc.
In spite of the downsides, one cannot help but admire the longevity of this universe and its perenniality. Despite the change in mentalities over time, children (and grown-ups) continue to marvel at all these crazy and fantastic stories. The Bugs’ clique has not finished staring us.
